Clumps of grass are being replaced, other sections are being painted and the stands are being given a wash down with hoses ahead of tomorrow’s first practice session. As the touches are applied, nervous officials look on desperately hoping the country will be able to shake off the image of incompetency that accompanied the country’s hosting of last year’s Commonwealth Games.

The PTA officials have confirmed that they have already sent a list of 150,000 websites to Internet Service Providers (ISPs), mobile phone service providers, and international bandwidth providers to get these websites blocked.
