NASA Rocket Launched Into Aurora Borealis Photos
On February 18th a group of scientists launched an instrument-laden rocket into the Auroras – the Northern lights. The beautiful scene was captured in a series of photos which were released by NASA/eos.unh.edu and photographers Donald Hampton, Terry E. Zaperach and Mark Conde.
