Joe Biden Breaks The Flirt-O-Meter At The Senate Swearing-In Ceremony (VIDEOS)Vice President Joe Biden displayed his flirtatious side as he greeted the newest and the returning senators on Thursday in a ceremonial swearing in on Capitol Hill.

Right through the ceremony, Biden took center stage, welcoming senators, children and ladies with hugs, kisses, pats on the back and fist bumps.
