Teen Sentenced To 30 Days In Jail After Flipping Off Judge During Bond Hearing (Video)

If this video wasn’t so funny, it would be sad! An 18-year-old Penelope Soto from Miami was in bond court accused of possession of Xanax bars.

She totally upset the judge during questioning by her giggling and flippant attitude. Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat told her, “We’re not in a club, be serious about it.” Soto said she was being serious.
