No drone strikes in US, except in 'extraordinary circumstance' says Eric Holder

Washington could conceivably launch lethal combat-drone strikes on Americans on U.S. soil says  Attorney General Eric Holder.

The statement came from a letter from Holder to Sen. Rand Paul

He also stated that “as a policy matter, moreover, we reject the use of military force where well-established law enforcement authorities in this country provide the best means for incapacitating a terrorist threat.”
