DPRK Blames South Korean President, Park Geun-hye’s ‘Venomous Swish Of Skirt’ For Conflict

Amid escalating tensions between Democratic Peoples’ Republic Of Korea and South Korea one couldn’t have expected something like this from a country which is determined to launch a nuclear attack on two countries at once.
