Apparently, a cell phone video that shows Toronto Mayor Rob Ford smoking crack cocaine is being doing the rounds, What’s more it involves a group of Somali men involved in drug trade.

According to Toronto Star reporters, the video shows a rambling Ford in a room, sitting in a chair, wearing a white shirt, top buttons open, inhaling from what appears to be a glass crack pipe.

A constitutionally influential council in Iran has ruled that women cannot run as candidates for elections in the Islamic Republic of Iran despite thirty women registered as candidates.

A cleric of the Guardian Council announced his decision that a woman is not allowed to be the president of Iran according to the country’s laws. There is much ambiguity with regard to a woman’s election as a president in the Iranian constitution. The cleric has also said that only “rijal” which is the Arabic word for man is allowed to become the president of the country.

Iranian Women’s National Football Team Arrives In Dhaka For The AFC Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers

The Iranian women’s football team reached Hazra Shehjalal International Airport in Dhaka on Thursday. The 32-member team flew all the way from Iran to Bangladesh for the AFC Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers which is a biannual football competition for national teams that belong to the Asian Football Confederation.

The Iranian team’s coach is Helena Margarida dos Santos e Costa who is a Portuguese football manager. Football is a very popular sport in Iran and due to the massive interest of women in the sport; the women there were able to play on an international level.
