911 call operators are known for effective managing and acting on the emergency that are made to them. But, in the case of 17-year-old Adrainne Ledesma this turned out to be completely the opposite. She called 911 to help her father who was lying unconscious in the kitchen just weeks after he underwent a brain surgery.
