Stepson Whipped By Stepfather For Failing to Catch VIDEO

34-year-old California Water Agency Director Anthony Sanchez’s whipping of his stepson with a belt was captured on video by neighbor Oscar Lopez. The stepson was whipped after failing to catch a baseball.
Oscar uploaded the video on YouTube and Sanchez was arrested on suspicion of felony child abuse. According to Sheriff’s Lt. Scott Sheppeard, Sanchez was arrested on Friday and is being held on $100,000 bail. Lopez says that he posted the video on Facebook and YouTube so that the matter is addressed by the authorities without any delay.
