Going to the makeup counter and trying on makeup is fun and exciting. But when you try on the makeup do you ever wonder how many other people have tried on that same product? GMA (good morning America) investigators went undercover to inspect the bacteria in makeup samples and the safety of using them.

What the GMA investigators found was gross, but not surprising. What they found was that “one out of every five, or 20 percent, of samples we tested from 10 stores across two states showed significant growth of mold, yeast or fecal matter.” So what is a girl to do when she wants to see how she looks in a particular makeup product but does not want to commit to purchasing it?
