The building was under construction when it collapsed – and although the death toll is not yet clear scores of people have already been confirmed dead.
Many more are believed to be trapped beneath its five-stories.

His new target was the 577ft building called Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Building in Moscow also known as Stalin’s skyscraper, which he climbed with ease. The building is 176 meters long and with no safety material we can’t help but call his obsession with climbing something death defying.
News is just coming out how the accident involving former Biggest Loser contestant Sam Poueu occurred last Saturday, September 3, in which the 25-year-old fell several stories from a San Francisco building.
