The advent of social media and the way it has revolutionized in recent times has played a pivotal role in bringing companies as well as customers together. Something which has its pros and cons. However, when Clayton Hove tweet a rather wry comment on his timeline about Smart Car, he never expected to receive such a dry, dedicated and obviously witty response. Hove tweeted to his more than 4,000 followers: Saw a bird had crapped on a Smart Car. Totaled it.’
