Colbert interviewed Clinton over the weekend at his annual meeting for the Clinton Global Initiative which was broadcasted on Monday as a special episode of The Colbert Report on Comedy Central.
When Colbert asked the former president why he doesn’t tweet, Clinton explained that he’s “sort of insecure.”

President Obama officially began his second term on Monday, a day after he took the oath of office at the White House on the date required by the Constitution and Comedy Central’s Stephen Colbert appeared quite troubled with the situation on the “The Colbert Report” later that night.
“Check your Constitution!” Colbert exclaimed. “By taking the oath today, he has made himself a three-term president, serving the second two terms consecutively. Now to get rid of him, we have to impeach him twice!”
