Aaron Hatcher, Special Needs Student’s Death Was Allegedly Caused By Teacher’s Forced Neck Brace (VIDEO)

Aaron Hatcher, was a former special needs student at Roswell High School in Atlanta, Ga. His parents have filed a $10.5 million law suit against the district and 15 Fulton County Public school employees. They claim that their son, Aaron died after a teacher physically abused him.
According to the Hatcher family attorney, Jarrod Oxendine, Aaron’s parents, Ronald and Arthelia Hatcher, claim that Roswell High School teacher Katherine Dorn Durden forced Aaron to wear a homemade neck brace to turn his head to face the classroom. They even believe that Drden’s actions led to their son’s death last March.
