According to the campaign, there was a growing distrust and distance between the native population and the immigrant Muslim community in Norway and the divide was growing by the day. Instead of euthanizing the hurt kitty (which is the usual practice), the veterinarian decided to operate and try to save the cat. After some facial reconstructive facial surgery, the cat was not only given a new face but a new life altogether! The cat is now normal and is living a happy fulfilling life.
