She’s sitting in the car and keeps asking ‘What’s in my mouth?’ –presumably under the anesthesia. Even after asking the question several times, it appears that Nina hasn’t grasped the fact that her wisdom tooth was removed by the dentist. And that what she has in her mouth is actually gauze.
