This YouTube video is shared by Pippystix (Max Paradise). It was taken at Cypress Charter High School in Live Oak, California. It is a graduation speech by the Max, but that is not it. Max was asked by the whole staff and a majority of the graduating class to do this speech themed on ‘My Little Pony.’
