Man With Knife Shot And Killed By NYPD In Times Square (Video)

The video is definitely an appalling one. Police shot and killed a man they say lunged at them with a knife in confrontation in Times Square.
According to police officers the 51-year-old man shot appeared to be smoking marijuana and when police approached he became agitated and pulled out an 11-inch knife.
