Just when everyone thought he was losing his streak of winning US swimmer Michael Phelps was back in the list of winners with a bang. By grabbing the 19th medal of his career as France and China walk with Silver and bronze respectively Phelps became the most decorated Olympian of all time.

“I started smiling with about 20 meters to go,” he said after winning. “That’s the first time I’ve ever done that.”

Ye Shiwen on Dope? Beg to Differ!

Ye Shiwen made a world record and landed in mayhem of accusations indicating at doping. Not fair.

She beat her own personal best by five seconds and swam the final 50-m, which incidentally had John Leonard, executive director of the World Swimming Coaches Association, label performance suspicious.

China’s Ye Shiwen A Swimming Sensation Too Good To Be True? (Video)

China’s 16-year old swimming sensation Ye Shiwen is hitting record times as questions are raised whether her performance is too good to be true. Her performance has been no less than miraculous so far. She threatens to overshadow Michael Phelps’s bid to become the most decorated Olympian of all time.

On Tuesday, the 16-year old won the gold medal in 200 meter individual medley. On Saturday she took the gold in the 400 meter individual medley — breaking the world record….and actually swimming faster than men’s times in the last 50 meters of the race.
