The Arab News reported on Monday that the Saudi officials have refused to accept the updated Indian passports of the expatriates. The updated document has the holder’s photo on the third page while in the previous version the photo used to be on the second page.

Earlier in April this year, three men were deported from Saudi Arabia who had come from United Arab Emirates to attend the annual Jenadrivah Heritage & Cultural Festival in Riyadh.
They were evicted because they were ‘too handsome’. Seriously, it is not a joke.
“A festival official said the three Emiratis were taken out on the grounds they are too handsome and that the Commission [for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vices] members feared female visitors could fall for them.”
