The video shows Stephen Colbert going after opponents of gun control on his show “Colbert Report” after the Senate failed to pass background checks supported by a majority of Americans. “We no longer have to live in fear that some maniac will come after those we love with a gun control bill,” he joked.
Colbert interviewed Clinton over the weekend at his annual meeting for the Clinton Global Initiative which was broadcasted on Monday as a special episode of The Colbert Report on Comedy Central.
When Colbert asked the former president why he doesn’t tweet, Clinton explained that he’s “sort of insecure.”

Stephen Colbert is sincerely glad to have James Franco on his show. He doesn’t want to ask him any questions; he just wants to talk to him for a while instead. Last time when Franco appeared on The Colbert Report, he was ‘smoked like a ham’ according to the host.
While discussing Franco’s upcoming movie Oz the Great and Powerful, the actor agreed that he was like his character in the movie. Stephen Colbert then asked him if he was a fraud or not. To which the actor replied, “I am a fraud. This is an act. It’s an act.”
